Dr. Kristin Krotz

Kristin Krotz, Au.D., F-AAA

Owner/Audiologist

Office Location: Edgewater
Dr. Kristin Krotz is an Audiologist with 30 years of clinical experience in both hospital-based Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and private practice settings. Growing up in a family with deafness, Dr. Krotz developed a deep understanding and empathy for the communicative challenges encountered by this population. She strives to deliver an exceptional outcome at each and every encounter. She works hard to provide creative solutions for all her patients, ensuring their goals are met.

In her spare time, Dr. Krotz enjoys time with her granddaughter, hiking with her family, and exploring various foods, wines, and cultures around the world. Dr. Krotz is proficient in American Sign Language (ASL).

Dr. Abigail Ritinski joined Hearing & Balance Solutions in 2021, works with patients of all ages, ranging from newborns to geriatrics, and offers comprehensive audiological services. Dr. Ritinski clinical interests include assessing disorders of hearing and balance and utilizing the most up-to-date digital hearing aid technology and fitting protocols. She takes an individualized care approach by working with each patient to set specific goals for optimal outcomes. Dr. Ritinski volunteers as a community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association.

She enjoys providing insight and guidance into the relationship between hearing loss and dementia through community outreach and involvement. In Dr. Ritinski’s free time, she enjoys long walks with her dog, bowling in a recreational league, and is an avid New England sports fan. Dr. Ritinski works predominantly out of our Severna Park location.

Billing and Insurance Specialist

Angie joined Hearing and Balance Solutions in February of 2021 as our administrative assistant.
In March of 2022, she became the head of the billing department, where she strives for effective claims processing. She loves all things Disney, and in her free time, she likes to watch movies with her husband and play with her two German Shepherds dogs.
